Perhaps you'd like to install the LanguageTool (www.languagetool.org) extension for grammar checking. It catches both errors for "There are an Zulu on my stoep." @Fritz did you solve the issue using LanguageTool? I also suggest to upgrade to LibO 4.1.3.2 I upgraded to Libre Office 4.1.3.2 I then tried to update the language tool but it failed with some message like "Could not create Java implementation loader..". Any ideas? This is EITHER a separate issue, which you should either open a new bug report, or ask at the a LibO forum; OR an issue with LT, which you're better off getting answers at it's site: http://languagetool.org/issues/ Since your initial report seems resolved, I'm closing this report. |
Problem description: I would type "There are an Zulu on my stoep." The grammar checker will recognize the "an" as being incorrect and change it to "a". However the grammar checker misses the "are" mistake that should be "is". I'm using the South African English version. Steps to reproduce: 1. .... 2. .... 3. ....
