Hmmm... there is little in your report that helps us understand what is going on :)

Changing text attributes (font, size, color) on a cell selection when only some words in cells are different does not have effect. 
For example
- write "donald duck" in a1 and a2 cells
- change text color (black to red) of words "duck" in a1 and "donald" in a2
- select both cells and change text color to black: no effect

works fine in 4.4.0alpha1 (and maybe earlier)

Changing from fixed to WFM because no fixing commit was identified.
