I've just tried to contribute to the help (https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Inserting_Charts). Logging in with my bugs.freedesktop.org failed - would be great to have SSO.

Then I tried to create an account and got an error that this operation was reserved to Administrators.

Definitely not user friendly, and who knows how many contributors have been turned away.

I'm not that up-to-date what's happening in the wiki-background, but I saw lately some news passing by related to spam/captcha and 'make it a bit harder to register (thanks to spambots).

@Volker, Florian: you mind looking at this one?

The help wiki is not editable on purpose, as it is created automatically out of the help sources, IMHO. Kendy or Andras know how to contribute fixes there.
