Since commit 85f072ef33ef47b5e3e0bcd51acb5c4179cde2c2 Librelogo toolbar is not in the View - Toolbars menu. When LibreOffice is started, there are warning messages:

Stephan Bergmann committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "master":
