Please attach a test kit. Created attachment 84146 [details]
Zip file containing a master document and 10 linked documents
Master document opens normally when updating indexes in other versions of openoffice (Apache and Neooffice) but crashes Libre office. opened normally before latest update, crashes started after update.
Here is the external link to the test kit: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dgjd5arolmd270s/Master%20document%20test%20case.zip No crash for me under Linux / Ubuntu 12.04 x86-64. I did tests with both LO 4.0.4 and LO 4.1.0. Please could you confirm which version you are using, 4.0.4 or 4.1.0 ? Best regards. JBF Sorry about the mixup on the version at first. I was using version 4.0.4.2 on OSX, Windows 7, and Windows 8 all crashed with the file I provided earlier. While I have Ubantu 12.04 I could not try it on there since I have LibreOffice 3 on that machine. Thus I could not try it. I upgraded to the latest version 4.1.0.4 on OSX, Windows 7&8 and have successfully opened the file and updated the indexes on open with out LibreOffice crashing. Master document is ower loadet if the same master document is loadet. There will be a continus loop in the loading of the master document.
