Thank you for your bug report, I can reproduce this bug running LibreOffice Version: 4.1.0.4 Build ID: 89ea49ddacd9aa532507cbf852f2bb22b1ace28 on Mac osx 10.8.4. sorry for the comment it was ment to be in an other bug report sorry -,- on your step 4, you say this does not happen consistently. Have you noticed any conditions in which it is reproducible? (I see you are on mac) I am using the same version of libreoffice but on linux and have yet to see that behavior. I have tried putting text/numbers around the cell, then adding removing text, playing with formatting. Nothing seems to be giving the result you are seeing - if you have any more hints at all, please provide them. Hi, I tested it with 4.1.0.4 on OSX 10.8.4 and tried a while but never got the resize problem you described. Do you have a non US version of LibreOffice installed, any extensions or are there special inputs that always or never result in the behavior you have seen? Steps to reproduce: 1. right click on a cell and select "Formet Cells..." 2. under the "Alignment" tab, select "Wrap text automatically 3. change text length of the cell 4. observe that it doesn't resize correctly most of the time Current behavior: Expected behavior: If I select text wrap, then the text should wrap, and the cell should resize as needed to fit that text, and shrink when the text gets shorter. Operating System: Mac OS X Version: 4.1.0.4 release
