I test the regression on: LibreOffice 4.1.0.1 - The file opened like before LibreOffice 4.1.0.2 - The file opened like before LibreOffice 4.1.0.3 - I got the error LibreOffice 4.1.0.4 - I got the error Hi Ákos, thanks for reporting this bug. renaming the file to .html makes that it openes without problems. Best, Cor *** Bug 68039 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** > renaming the file to .html makes that it openes without problems.
Yes, but it would be great if it opens WITHOUT renaming it, because then you could offer it as a download from a webpage and directly open it in calc. Renaming it to .html opens it on a browser and not in LibreOffice by default.
Does this only happen if you open it from the explorer? I checked and I can open it without a problem in master from inside Calc. Created attachment 83835 [details] html file, with ods extension When I open with double click the attached file in LibreOffice 4.0.x (Windows 7) the file opens with import filter, but in LibreOffice 4.1.0 (Windows 7) I got General input/output error. The file extension is ods (the same thing happens when I rename to xls) but the content is HTML.
