Description HolziFFB 2013-08-20 21:33:53 UTC
Problem description:
While grabbing a graphic with the mouse to move and drop it at another position nothing happens on first try. The second attempt is always successful.

Steps to reproduce:
I am using the german menue, so I have to guess how the english menuen reads - sorry.
1. Insert a graphic using "Insert/Picture/From file..."
2. Mark it with a mouse leftclick
3. Leftclick the graphic again (keep mousebutton pressed) and move it to another position
4. Release mousebutton to drop the graphic at its new position

Remark: If the mousebutton kept pressed on first click (without initial marking of the graphic), and the graphic is beeing moved and dropped it works fine.

Current behavior:
Graphics cannot be moved to a new position on first attempt if marked before.

Expected behavior:
Drag and drop of marked Graphics should work on first try.

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.0.4.2 release

not reproducible with LO 4.1.4.2 (Win8)

Does this issue still persist for you with the latest release of LO?
Can anybody else confirm this issue?

not reproducible under Win7x64 using 4.2.3.3
never experienced such an issue even with older LibO releases.

I set status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME
