Problem description: Bug 58520 resolved operator EMPTY but EMPTY returns the same result as NOT_EMPTY

Steps to reproduce:
1. even code that in bug 58520
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior: That should be the reverse

Expected behavior:

Please reopen bug 58520 and comment there if you think that report shouldn't be marked as RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Therefore I will mark this one as INVALID.
