We need a lot more information: Please provide reproducible steps: For instance how do we do this: "only if on warn screen checkbox is checked" Then we need your OS as well as your version of LibreOffice - marking as NEEDINFO - if you can still face this problem on 4.1 and can provide the additional information mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED.
