3 Insert into the "Replace With" field the replacement value 4 Click Replace All Everything works as advertised. What does "everything works as advertised" mean - you mean it says "search key not found"? At which point you push "ok" then close the search and replace dialog, then do undo? If so, I can't confirm this issue Works as advertised means that empty cells are replaced with the proposed replacement value; there are now no empty cells in the document anywhere above and to the left of the lower right most cell with an entered value. Calc is now better, since it no longer locks up (the bug was reported two months ago); however undo doesn't undo the replacement. Thanks for your help - jon Not reproducible for me with version 4.2.0.0.beta2+ Build ID: 9bb72868b846a7ba7e8f985a87e944fb760a0f10 under Ubuntu 13.10 x86-64 Calc answers "Search key not found". I tried with both choices how to handle empty cells (as zero or not). So closing as NotABug. Please, feel free to reopen if you still experience the behavior you described and you can provide some information helping to reproduce it. Best regards. JBF |
