In Writer:
- line below paragraph given through borders and table cell borders not printing, although they can be seen on the monitor.
- this problem has started since last week. Earlier it was not there.

Can you please attach a sample document which you can reproduce this behavior?

Also, you said this wasn't reproducible with older versions. You happen to know which version in particular?
