In early Libreoffice versions 4.0.x? there was a LibreOffice Startcenter in my gnome-shell menu.
Now there only writer, calc, ... but not the old startcenter.

Debian 7.1 amd64

Thanks Rene, the NoDisplay=true was the problem.
I change it with a bash script on my desktops.

The users was irritated because the startcenter was only on windows and not on the debian desktops.

Same problem in Unity.

The file .desktop exists in /opt/libreoffice4.1/share/xdg and the link in /usr/share/applications exists too but it does not appear in the dash.

Same problem with LibreOffice 4.1 Math module.

I'am not sure, because "OnlyShowIn=Unity;".

so, the status should be changed to REOPENED not to UNCONFIRMED.
please give precise informations why you think it's not fixed yet.

huh?

AFAICS that OnlyShowIn=Unity; is for the *Desktop Action* stuff as it's in that section.

The NoDisplay=(true|false) is in the general "Desktop Entry" section. 

So it should work. (Besides that the OnlyShowInUnity stuff is a bug per se because Unity is one, but anyway..)
