Hi Aaron,

There was some issue on Ubuntu with the menu - looks like this one?

Calc 4.1.1.2 under Ubuntu 13.04

As far as I see on the screenshot, it's not limited to menus: some row and column names, status bar and sheet tabs are shown incorrectly, too.

Cannot reproduce with 4.1.1.2 under Ubuntu 13.04.

Aaron:

Can you please state:
- what locale your LibreOffice is running
- what locale your Ubuntu is running
- What version of Ubuntu you are running

Many thanks

Hi all,

It's Ubuntu 12.04 Unity. Rob, what's meant by 'locale'?

Thanks

> what's meant by 'locale'?

As defined in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locale, it is a set of parameters that are specific to a region, language, linguistics etc.

Usually, it's enough to say which language is OS and which regional settings are set. Say, "Windows 7 x64 Russian, Russian regional settings".
Comment 6 Rob Snelders 2013-10-12 13:37:16 UTC
Please go to the terminal and run "locale". Then post here the output.
Comment 7 Aaron 2013-10-12 19:33:59 UTC
The output from running 'locale' in the terminal:
