When I start LibreOffice Writer or Calc, I get a screen where is being asked to restore 2 documents (both are made in Calc). When I click on the restore button, one of the documents can be restored, the other failed. Next time I open LibreOffice, both documents are shown again to be repaired. There is only a Cancel option, but no option to remove these documents permanently from this restore list.

A possible solution is to throw away your profile. See https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/User_Profile for information how to do it.

The original problem of how this appears and stays is not solved with that however. I can't reproduce it in ubuntu with 4.1.1.2.

Possible it happens because one can't be restored. But then the other should be gone.

Your solution worked: I've renamed the user folder and opened LibreOffice, reopened Libreoffice and the problem is solved. Thanks!

Yes, this even happens in 4.1.3.2.
Before I tried the solution of Rob Snelders, I installed the latest version of LibreOffice 4.1.3.2. but this did not help. Nevertheless, thank you for your help!

Installing the latest version of LibreOffice (4.1.3.2) did not solve the problem. But removing the user directory (see comment 1 Rob Snelders) did help, I don't get that screen anymore, LibreOffice starts immediately.
