I have a single "Open" item in 4.1.2.3 italian version under Win7 64bit. I too have seen this issue on the English (GB) Version Version 4.0.5.2 (Build ID: 5464147a081647a250913f19c0715bca595af2f) on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit. It is in both Calc and Writer, 'Open CTRL+O' appears double and both work as normal. Could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) + give a try to last LO version 4.1.3? I change status to NEW because of confirmation in Comment 2. as Julian suggested, upgrade to 4.1.3 and try resetting the user profile (backup first) and tell us if it solves the issue in private mail Peter told me that the issue is gone after upgrade and profile reset. marking RESOLVED WFM |
