Dear LO Developers,

I do install a lot of LO on various Linux machines. It is nice that you have *.desktop (math, writer, etc.) files to automatically create icons on customer's desktops. But, as the customer gets to know LO better, they really do not want the individual component icons. The want the single "main" icon, especially since it cuts down on desktop clutter. I have to create my own launcher (see below). Would you consider also including a "main" desktop file as well?

Many thanks,
-T

Hi,
There is already such desktop file, it's named libreoffice-startcenter.desktop. So i'm closing this bug. Feel free to reopen if you disagree.

list of LO launchers recognized by Xfce

If there already is, then it is not being recognized by Xfce. So, we would need to troubleshoot why not. Please see the screen shot
