I don't know coding, but I can confirm reproducible with LO 3.6.7.2 (Ubuntu 12.04 32bit) Confirmed in master. Confirmed in L.O. 4.1.3.2 under WinXP. Convering the file to xls with MS XML converter allows the content to be seen OK in L.O. If this gets fixed in development version or something, please notify me by updating this bug report, as I am using LibreOffice at my office and this is causing me problems. Also if there is anything else that I can contribute testing or something please just say. Thank you for your efforts. Correcting Version & Platform according to comment 1. The colleague of mine that was working on generating this file problematically in .NET code found and fixed the problem in file generation process. While generating file he didn't enter cell references for example A14, B23 etc. This didn't seem to bother MSOffice Excel but did cause problems with LibreOffice where it seem it is mandatory to properly fill cell reference.
