And here is the spreadsheet from which the line chart was made. There's no problem opening it with 4.1. The bug is only with writer.
Confirm same issue observed with client document with current release 4.1.3. This is marked as major because (a) breaks collaboration between versions despite all using OpenDocument Format (b) causes previously functional files to become incorrect when opened in later versions, which is the exact opposite outcome promised from using a defined standard as a file format.
