Spreadsheet with #VALUE Errors

I changed the standard option for formula behavior to "true" how it is described in the Bug ID 44720!

LO 4.1.3.2 with Kubuntu 12.04 and 4.1.1.2 on Windows generate the Error regardless.

I can resolve the Error in two ways:

1. Editing the formula: clear the two characters "" an input them again

2. Simple add a new table and all formulas has no errors

It works fine and without errors in LO 4.0.5 and 4.0.6.

I believe what you experience is that the cached result values are displayed that change when the formulas are recalculated, as when adding a sheet or on other operations. You can also force a recalculation with Shift+Ctrl+F9, or change the option under Tools->Options->Calc->Formula "Recalculation on file load".

I didn't check your uncommented 52 sheets file if I could spot some error somewhere, so if the above assumption is not what you meant feel free to reopen this bug and explain the details.
