Additional information: I downgraded to LibreOffice 4.1.0.0.beta2 410(Build:0) and Calc seems to work normally, so it would appear that this is something new introduced in the 4.1.0 to 4.1.3 transition. Requesting input - since there is a gdb trace log, I cannot reproduce on Ubuntu 13.10 With all newest updates on Fedora 19, I cannot reproduce the crash either. Thanks for the update! |
Created attachment 90372 [details] gdb trace log Calc crashes upon startup on Fedora 19. The crash happens whether running from terminal or from the desktop GUI. This started after the last update. Calc is complete unusable, I simply cannot make it start. Other libreoffice apps seem to run fine, they open existing files (verified on writer and impress) and open new documents (writer, impress, draw). Renaming the user profile does not help; in any case, I did not install any extensions or add-ons. I have installed some extra fonts on the system, namely mstt core fonts and the bitmapped fixed fonts (misc fixed). I installed the debug package and ran calc using the --backtrace option, the log is attached.
