Problem description: local help is not starting Steps to reproduce: 1. open document (i.e. Writer) 2. Press F1 or click HELP|LibreOfficeDev Help 3. "Help.libreoffice.org" opens in Browser Current behavior: external help opens in browser Expected behavior: local help should open My system: XP SP2 German; JRE7_45; LO 4.2beta + help German Operating System: Windows XP Version: 4.2.0.0.beta2 Last worked in: 4.1.2.3 release
