Expected: translate in french

Of corse, i have install LibreOffice_4.2.0.2_Linux_x86-64_deb_helppack_fr and LibreOffice_4.2.0.2_Linux_x86-64_deb_langpack_fr too

I do not reproduce on Ubuntu 13.10 x86-64.

In Outils -> Option -> Language settings -> Languages  for user interface, there are no selection. I choose French, and it's look good.
