Writer allows to rotate images by 90° steps (see bug 34423). However, this does not include SVG vector graphics.

When inserting an SVG file to a Writer document, the option to rotate the image is not offered. 

Expected behaviour: Writer should also be able to rotate SVG files.

In LO 5.3 rotating of SVG images still doesn't work. That is strange, since it is possible to mirror SVG's vertically and horizontally (already in LO 5.2). Would be a very nice enhancement.
