exported DOC with no page numbering

seems to be the same bug reported at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51169

When I save the ODT document in DOC, it lost the page numbering.
the converted .DOC document have differents styles called "converted XX"

yes it's a duplicate. no need to open a new report.
