Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
change rhe size og the sheet
save and close
reopens to old size

Current behavior:

Expected behavior:
size should stay as changed

If you are refering to the zoom level, if you open an .ods file, changing the zoom level will not trigger a change, so the save button is disabled.

If you are refering to page size, then i change the page from landscape to portrait, saved, and reopened, and it was fine.

I'm not trying to zoom or change the page. I'm trying to resize the window of the calc programme. When I resize the window, close the program, and then reopen calc, the window remains the size it was previously before being changed.

I tested out what you had just described and i couldnt reproduce this in Windows 7 with LibreOffice 4.1.6 or 4.2.4. Please note that the window positioning is not handled by LibreOffice but by the operating system's window manager.
