Hi, This is not a bug. This button was converted to a split button, so you can easily apply the last used color by clicking the button (and is set to dark red by default), or click the arrow and choose another color from the palette. See the 3.6 release notes at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/3.6#GUI (you need to scroll a bit). |
Created attachment 93885 [details] Screenshot of what the Font Colour Button looked like immediately after program launch in version 4.0.4.2. In version 4.1.4.2 the button seems to be the same colour, but the palette is so reduced in size I can't see which box is highlighted. Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Calc or Writer (I don't know if this happens in other LO programs) Current behavior: In versions 4.0.4.2 and 4.1.4.2 ... 2. Look at the colour that the Font Colour Button on the toolbar is set to. (Muddy brown to my eyes) Expected behavior: In whatever my LibreOffice version was before 4.0.4.2 (would have been 3.something) and in all previous versions of LibreOffice I've used in the past several years, the Font Colour Button was set to "Automatic" when the programs started up. This looks like a backward step/bug to me. Operating System: Windows 7 Version: 4.1.4.2 release
