Print preview hangs in 4.1.x and 4.2.0.4

Worked fine in 4.0.x

To reproduce : open attachment in writer and click "print preview" icon.

tested under Win7x64bit

no hang with 4.1.5.3
hangs with   4.2.0.4

status --> NEW ; platform --> ALL

Hmmm, I cant reproduce this with 4.2.2~rc1 for Ubuntu 13.10 from the PPA. Is this possibly fixed in 4.2.2?

Can someone else retest with 4.2.2 and close this as WORKSFORME if the bug is gone?
