Any text editor (and not just word processor) that I've used gives you the option to select all content and then hit "Home" or the UP or LEFT arrow on the keyboard to move to the top of the document. LibreOffice Writer does not give me that option. How could this be fixed?

Verified works correctly on Windows 7 sp1, 64-bit with
Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: f839b5dd16c05c0eda21345ec36ec0cb024eb732

Use <CTRL>+<HOME>

or <CTRL>+<HOME>+<SHFIT> to select from current and move to start.

or <CTRL>+<END> --> <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+<HOME> to select all and move to start
