In Extension Manager on OS X on 4.2.1.1 all bundled extensions except for the dictionary extension of the UI language appear unlocalized although these strings are localized in po files (in this case Slovenian LO has all bundled extensions listed in English, except for Slovenian langpack, which is in Slovenian).

Not reproducible in FR environment, non linear solver and wiki extensions descriptions appear in French, version 4.2.1.1 Ubuntu 13.10- Sophie

On OSX with 4.2.4 RC1 this seems to work now. Closing as resolved.
