Step to reproduce:
1/ open a text document with at least one chapter
2/ create an hyperlink to an internal target using the hyperlink dialog
3/ close the dialog, then edit the hyperlink; that reopen the dialog

Current behavior: the target field shows !!br0ken!!
Expected behavior: the target field shows the correct value

Notes:
a/ the hyperlink works as expected despite the erroneous information in the target field
b/ the tooltip of the hyperlink is correct
c/ we had the same bug for Calc and it has been fixed in version 4.2.1 : bug 74042
