different heading
doccument before inserting heading |

I wold expect only one heading in the "table of contents" as only one really qualifies for only one has "Liberation Mono" set of fonts. You attached a screencopy not the document. It is possible that (at least) one heading could have been manually modified. Please attach the document. Best regards. JBF Created attachment 95882 [details]
doccument before inserting heading
sorry, forget to attach earlier. Attaching now so you to see.
Thank you for the file. The problem is not a bug, the second title with the "Heading 3" style has been modified by direct formatting. You can restore a clean state by doing that: 1/ select the paragraph 2/ right click on the selected paragraph and choose "Clear Direct Formatting". Closing as NotABug. Best regards. JBF Thank you for info, but after "Clear Direct Formatting" second title looks even more like first title and is still included in the index/table. For me, the problem wold be solved if second title wold be exempt from the index/table. I solved now with "styles and Formatting". Making it as "Text body" and now it does not appear in index/table. Still think that something is wrong her (because it was not the same font), but ok, thanks for your time. |
Created attachment 95855 [details] different heading Attached document has two paragraphs with title that has a different style of fonts, but they are both treated as the same "Heading 3". Why? Is that a bug? thank you very much
