Moving the cells:
B2
or
B4:C4
doesn't update the references of their named ranges.
No difference between drag&drop or Ctrl+X plus Ctrl+V

Inserting/Deleting Columns/Rows seems to work properly.

As per Kohei's comment https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76402#c4, that's no possible for relative references inside named ranges.

So not a bug.
