Problem description: 
While selecting multiple cells by a certain method, the spreadsheet keeps on scrolling and stops responding to any command unless the process is killed from Windows Task Manager.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press left mouse button on any cell and hold.
2. Drag down or right to select multiple cells (the dragging must cross the visible limits on screen)
3 ....

Current behavior:
The screen keeps on scrolling until the last row or column is reached. It won't stop until the application is killed in task manager. 

Expected behavior:
The scrolling should stop when the mouse is clicked anywhere else on the application.

I can't reproduce with:
Win7x64Ultimate
Version: 4.2.2.1 Build ID: 3be8cda0bddd8e430d8cda1ebfd581265cca5a0f

If you have a touch pad, there is the same issue.

Have you tried resetting the user profile?
