This option has been removed for sometimes now (4.0?), you should have an old package remaining from previous versions, this is also why it appears untranslated. Try to clean your installation and ask for help on our users@fr list if you need help to do so. I don't reproduce on my own Ubuntu 13.10 with 4.2.3.1 or 4.1.5.3 on Debian. Created attachment 96742 [details] screencopy.png Since I use the version 4.2.2.1 of LibreOffice Linux (Ubuntu), it appears that the menu "Insert a new ruller" remains in english, and, furthermore, can't be selected ! (See the screencopy)
