Writer ignores the settings for hyphenation, and for widow/orphan control, and retains defaults ("do not split paragraph; keep with next paragraph").  This causes immense holes in the text flow.

Hi, what is the version you're using? what is your operating system? Please provide a step by step explanation to reproduce your problem and join an example document. Also, report only one problem par issue - Thanks. Set as Needinfo - Sophie
