User made templates cannot be deleted in Template manager. Template manager will ask if I want to delete the template, but it will not delete it - folders even single templates.

The bug is in Writter, Calc, Impress and Draw. 

OS: Windows 7 64 bit.

Please update your LibreOffice to a newer version (4.2.3 for the moment): http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/. This bug is fixed in version 4.2.1 and later. See bug 74291
