I have a problem with my Libre Office.
I can explain it in portuguese (Br) too.
I can't get atualization to a new version. I can't install it. It needs a Key, that i don't have.
I need help.

Eu tenho um problema com o programa Libre Office.
Ou seja, eu não consigo atualizar o Libre Office 3.4.
Toda a vez que vou fazer a instalação de um versão atualizada, não consigo por causa de uma chave (key) ou Unknown Key.
A atualização ou a instalação de uma nova versão não se completa.
Estou solicitando ajunda, porque utilizo o programa para o trabalho.

3.4.1 is quite old and has been no more officialy supported for some time.

Could you try this?
- uninstall LO 3.4.1
- rename (or delete if you've got nothing to backup) your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)
- clean your Windows registry with a free tool (eg ccleaner)
- download recent LO version from official website (http://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/)
- install the downloaded version
