tested under Win7x64
I see those greek letters too (see screenshot) in 4.2.3.3 and 4.3.0.0alpha1+
however I still see greek letters even with LibO 4.1.5.3 and 4.0.6.2.
I suspect a font issue since I see that E1 font is "Symbol" (see screenshot) while font in other cells is "Albany"
if you set the font to "Albany" in E1 cell the text will show up correctly.
if you set the font to "Symbol" in other cells you will see greek letters in them as well.
so I can conclude that this is NOTABUG
are you sure you did not inadvertently changed that E1 cell font to Symbol?
I changed summary notes as well. feel free to reopen if you don't agree, giving proper explanations. |
Created attachment 98375 [details] display in calc see field E1 of the calc. The letters look like greek or other language and in the command line is the real text shown (german-swiss). In the release 4.1 its was ok. Since 4.2 I have the display problem.
