Document created when copied and pasted from wbsite shown at bottom of article

Problem description: Highlight, Copy, and Paste a web article into a document file. Graphic shows full-size, but has message: "Graphic cannot be displayed." Delete graphic. Use 'Insert-picture-from file' and graphic is shown as barely visible tiny green box. Expand box and see message.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Highlight, Copy, and Paste this web article (http://www.tufts.edu/alumni/magazine/fall2013/features/up-in-arms.html)
into a document file.

Start highlighting at bottom of article, the line with "this year for his investigative reporting."

Copy and Paste into blank document.
2. Look where picture should be. See message: "Graphic cannot be displayed"

3. Confirm picture is not corrupt:
Open Gimp and picture loads just fine. Save jpg as png.
Open image viewer of choice and see that both jpg and png pictures are fine.
Open image in Firefox and then save as FirefoxSave.jpg
Open Gimp and picture loads just fine. Save jpg as png and tif.
Open image viewer of choice and see that both FirefoxSave jpg and png pictures are fine.

4. Confirm with picture is not based on picture type:Insert all pictures (exported above), one-at-a-time into document where they are in the web page. Get teeny-tiny little green box.
Stretch box and get the message: "Graphic cannot be displayed"

5.Create new document and insert picture from file into it. Get same message. Note that the graphic appears to be outside of the
document text, because it cannot be reached by delete or backspace keys. Only by clicking on tiny square can it then be deleted.

Current behavior: "Graphic cannot be displayed" message and tiny little graphics box shown. Seen not just in web page copies, but other times as well.

Expected behavior: Picture showing correctly.

I cannot confirm this - I can open the file and see the graphic fine.

Another bug on 4.2.4.2 prevents you from making the document again (I am reporting that) but the problem reported here is resolved.
