Problem description: 

The auto filter reset option remains greyed out, and cannot be used to reset the filter.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a spreadsheet that contains data.
2. Highlight the top row and set the auto filter on.
3. Filter some data.
4. Now go back to the menu and try to reset the filter.

Current behavior:
The filter reset option remains greyed out.

Expected behavior:
The filter reset option should be active, and should reset the filter.

Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.2.4.2 rc

But it simply works for me... So I guess that it's best to first ask for user-support. For exmaple there is a group of users with a great variety of skills that can offer help with questions:
