Description jk 2014-05-22 16:37:10 UTC
It is similar problem like this: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=63840, the menu doesn't work (there's no text), but it is not in unity menu, but in the standart menu of LO. It is on Arch on LXDE as well as Awesome.

Can you attach a screenshot to evaluate what you are seeing? Thanks.

Thanks for your screenshots. It looks unrelated to bug 63840 (as it corrupts UI text) and it affects more UI elements, such as dialogs.

I’d suggest looking for problems with your graphiccs driver, as the problem doesn’t seem to be affecting LibreOffice exclusively — LXDE’s task bar and clock also display corrupted text. That leads me to think that this is not a LibreOffice bug.

I don't think so, (I forgot to write it), but everything works perfectly, until I run LibreOffice. Then even other programs are broken.

Clarifying this bug’s title then, based on the new details provided.

Does this still occur with your latest Arch?
Can you reproduce this on some other computer/graphics card and same Arch + LXDE/Awesome setup?
Bonus question: have you tried with LXQT?

Unfortunately I don't have this computer anymore. So I would have to take it from the cellar and install there Arch again. So maybe we can leave it, because there is no other user that confirm that.
Anyway, I am using the same configuration on other computer (ASUS K50IJ) and there it works perfectly.
