Problem description: 
At the end of the mail-merge document appear a page break and an empty table that are not present in the original.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached docuemnt in both LO 4.3beta1 and MS Word. 
2. See the difference


Current behavior:
Document has 2 pages. an emppty table is inserted at the end.

Expected behavior:
Single page document

Office 2010 and 2013 shows it similar to LibreOffice, though LibreOffice has a 3 page count in the statusbar.

I tested the opening of the file in Linux Mint with the latest versions of 3.6 - 4.2 and 4.3 beta.

Changing this to 4.2.4.2 release as the problem was around at least that far back - not 100% sure it is a problem but want to get it out of the 4.3 list as it's not a regression.

Note: Our version field is oldest version that we can confirm the problem, not the latest version (just use comments for that)

Requesting developer input here - not sure if it's a bug or treating the document correctly since MSO '10 and '13 see it the same way but '03 sees it differently.

Also updating to 3.6 as we've confirmed it sees it the same way at least that long ago.

Sorry! Do not waste time on this bug. I will re-check the problem, I will document and I will open a new one bug (if it exists).
