tools->extension manager->add, add texmaths-0-38.oxt from http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/texmaths-1/releases/0.38, check for updates, should get 0.39, install, ok, now remove it, ok to warning

I cannot confirm using LibO 4.2.0.3 (yes, old version, but user installed on company PC) on WIN8.1 64bit all German GUI.

issue confirmed under Win7x64 using Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+

TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2014-06-04_04:27:18

I see the crash after trying to remove the 0.39 release of that extension.

moreover I see a Microsoft C++ Runtime Library error dialog during the 0.38 -> 0.39 upgrade (see attached image)

I was able to complete upgrade after clicking "ignore" in that dialog, then trying to remove the 0.39 version I see the crash.
