It would be a nice enhancement to 
1. Allow the user to choose from a list of comparison operators and not just '>='
2. Allow the user to choose a wider set of icons (maybe from the graphics gallery.
3. Have the icon replace the value in the cell and not be put next to it

Sorry to have to close this one but you have three distinct requests here. Please keep it to one request per bug report so a developer can assign the bug/enhancement request to themselves and only have to worry about a single issue, not 3.
