The file is a pptx file with the superscripted text.

Problem description:
When saving a file in pptx format, I noticed that some text after any superscripted text which should be normal scripted becomes superscripted. I have tried changing the text to normal script using the Format>Character>position. But after saving and reopening it returns to the same superscripted text

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new LibreOffice Impress file.
2. Write any text say "52. Hello"
3. Select only 2 and superscript and save as a pptx file.
4. Reopen the file.

Current behavior:
All text after 5 i.e. "2. Hello" gets superscripted.

Expected behavior:
Only 2 should have been superscripted.

Operating System: All

So this is fixed in 4.3.0.2 but apparently wasn't backported. So I'm going to cc Thorsten (presentation expert) to see his thoughts.

That being said:

New - confirmed
Normal - can prevent high quality work
High - it's a regression (works fine in 4.1)

Again this is fixed in 4.3 so it might be closed as WORKSFORME if we can't determine what patch fixed it.

@Thorsten - any ideas on this one? Think it's worth the effort to dig through commits to try to figure out what fixed it?

Tried to bibisect and I couldn't - I never saw the problem in the bibisect package which was weird.

It is also fixed in LibreOffice 4.2.6, and the commit that fixed it is http://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?h=libreoffice-4-2&id=ad9a48a2b31fc97bcfbf50b8f5731f520c281595
