Description Dr Michael Brooks 2014-07-25 14:45:22 UTC
Problem description:
When editing a line's style, start / end arrows get added to all lines in doc, not just the selected line

Steps to reproduce:
1. Draw a line. Copy and paste line several times
2. Select ONE of the copied lines. Right click, go to Edit Style.
3. Add an arrow to the start or end of the line. Click OK
4. Oh look, ALL LINES NOW HAVE AN ARROW ON THEM!
5. Say "Oh fucking hell, MS Office wouldn't be this dumb"

Current behavior:
All lines end up carrying the start / end arrows.

Expected behavior:
Only the selected line(s) carry the start / end arrows.

Operating System: All
Version: 4.2.5.2 release

This is because you're doing it wrong. You have to click on Line... not "Edit Style..." - edit style edits everything with that style (same thing with paragraph styles, character styles, page styles, etc...)

marking as NOTABUG. If you have additional questions pertaining to styles please go to the ask.libreoffice.org site or the user mailing list.
