document with non-editable draw object causing corruption when printing

the attached document has a non-editable / non-editable draw object which causes corruption when printing.


to reproduce:

open document, try to print -> print preview is broken, printable area is ignored

the file contains the rows with the values 1,2,3,4,5

when doing file->print these values are not visible any more.

I can reproduce with Version: 4.3.3.0.0+

In Navigator you can see Drawing object "Rectangle 2".

Bibisected to the following range using repo bibisect-43all:

There are a couple of Calc-related commits on 2011-11-25 with comment messages starting with calc67 / calc68 / calc69, not sure if those could be related.
However, those seem to have come from Apache, and there's no issue in AOO 4.1.3.

Bug reminds me of bug 108691.
