Problem description:query web do not work at several sites


Steps to reproduce:
1. ....go to the following link:
http://www.enel.it/it-IT/clienti/enel_servizio_elettrico/tariffe_per_la_casa/tariffe_biorarie_per_la_casa/bioraria_d2.aspx
2. ....import the tables here
3. ....the result is as attached picture

Current behavior:everything worked regularly in 4.1.6

Expected behavior:

Hi antonio,

It's a known bug, fixed for 4.2.6/4.3.1. (related bugs: Bug 74595, Bug 81113)
