docx test file to show border issue with tables

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Create a new blank doc in Word 2007+
2.	Insert -> Table
3. 	Select table by clicking on the +
4. 	Table tools -> Design -> No border
5.	Save as .Docx
6.	Open file with a recent build of Writer 4.2+

Expected Result:
Table should have no border

Actual Result:
Every cell has a border

On Windows Version: 4.2.3.3

No repro under Ubuntu 12.04 x86 with:

I am still seeing this as broken 4.2.3 under Ubuntu, but you're right, it has been fixed in the 4.3 and 4.4 branches. Closing this report until I can troubleshoot what's wrong on my Windows box.
